Customers have 30 days from the time they receive their item(s) to request a refund if feel as though we have not fulfilled our obligation to them.
This means that if a product is damaged, broken, or does not appear as described or advertised on our site when the order was placed; we will promptly provide you a refund or exchange it for an item of similar value in the same product category.
If the item(s) exchanged costs less than the initial purchase, the difference in price will be refunded to the credit card or method of payment on file. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to be refund to be processed.
Customers may also request a refund or exchange for an item(s) if the item(s) are not broken or damaged. This must be done 30 days from the time the item(s) are received.
If you're preferences have changed and/or you suddenly change your mind on your purchase please contact us and we will send you send you a return slip for the item.
Refunds or exchanges for items that are not broken or damaged, or that are received correctly will not be processed until the item has been shipped and received back to us. This could take up to several weeks.
We reserve the right to waive this policy at any time if Beach Authority suspects misconduct or manipulation of the refund policy adhered to above.
