Refunds or exchanges will be handled on a per-customer basis. Returns for items that are damaged or delivered in the wrong variant, i.e. color or size may be honored. Returns for items that are out for delivery and/or arrive later that the estimated shipping date will not be considered.
Refunds will also be considered for items based on, but not limited to; the item being broken, torn, or its appearance being significantly different than that of the product listed on our website.
We reserve the right to waive this policy at any time if misconduct is suspected.
